This Privacy Policy explains how CNC Design Store ("the App", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Android application. By downloading, installing, or using CNC Design Store, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to operate and improve the App:

App Data	Data such as favorites, purchase/download history, and preferences, stored via Firebase.
Device Information	Basic device and diagnostic information (device model, OS version, crash logs) used for troubleshooting and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account via Google Sign-In.
• To let you browse, upload, purchase, or download CNC design files.
• To store and sync your data (favorites, orders, uploads) across sessions using Firebase.
• To host and display uploaded images through imgBB and Cloudflare R2.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the App's performance and features.
• To communicate important updates related to your account or purchases.

3. Google Sign-In

CNC Design Store uses Google Sign-In (via Firebase Authentication) to let you log in securely. We only access basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) provided by Google after your explicit permission. We do not access your Google password or other Google account data.

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, and hosting. Firebase Privacy Policy
• imgBB — image hosting for uploaded design previews.
• Cloudflare R2 — cloud storage and delivery for design files/images.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

5. No Advertising

CNC Design Store does not display banner ads, interstitial ads, or any third-party advertising, and does not use ad-network SDKs.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Firebase's cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security practices. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us using the details below.

8. Children's Privacy

CNC Design Store is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Your Rights

• Access, update, or correct your account information.
• Request deletion of your account and uploaded data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing by discontinuing use of the App.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.

অ্যাপ ডেটা	ফেভারিট, ক্রয়/ডাউনলোড হিস্ট্রি এবং পছন্দসমূহ Firebase-এ সংরক্ষিত হয়।
ডিভাইস তথ্য	ট্রাবলশুটিং ও পারফরম্যান্সের জন্য ব্যবহৃত সাধারণ ডিভাইস তথ্য (মডেল, OS ভার্সন, ক্র্যাশ লগ)।

২. তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার করা হয়

• Google Sign-In এর মাধ্যমে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি ও পরিচালনার জন্য।
• CNC ডিজাইন ফাইল ব্রাউজ, আপলোড, ক্রয় বা ডাউনলোড করার সুবিধা দিতে।
• Firebase-এর মাধ্যমে আপনার ডেটা (ফেভারিট, অর্ডার, আপলোড) সংরক্ষণ ও সিঙ্ক করতে।
• imgBB এবং Cloudflare R2-এর মাধ্যমে আপলোড করা ছবি হোস্ট ও প্রদর্শন করতে।
• অ্যাপের পারফরম্যান্স ও ফিচার বজায় রাখতে ও উন্নত করতে।
• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বা ক্রয় সম্পর্কিত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আপডেট জানাতে।

৩. Google Sign-In

CNC Design Store নিরাপদে লগইন করার জন্য Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication এর মাধ্যমে) ব্যবহার করে। আপনার অনুমতির পর Google থেকে শুধু বেসিক প্রোফাইল তথ্য (নাম, ইমেইল, প্রোফাইল ছবি) অ্যাক্সেস করা হয়। আমরা আপনার Google পাসওয়ার্ড বা অন্য কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট ডেটা অ্যাক্সেস করি না।

৪. থার্ড-পার্টি সার্ভিসসমূহ

অ্যাপটি নিম্নলিখিত থার্ড-পার্টি সার্ভিসের উপর নির্ভরশীল, প্রতিটির নিজস্ব প্রাইভেসি পলিসি রয়েছে:

• Firebase (Google) — অথেন্টিকেশন, ডাটাবেস ও হোস্টিং। Firebase Privacy Policy
• imgBB — আপলোড করা ডিজাইন প্রিভিউ ছবির হোস্টিং।
• Cloudflare R2 — ডিজাইন ফাইল/ছবির ক্লাউড স্টোরেজ ও ডেলিভারি।

আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য কোনো থার্ড-পার্টির কাছে বিক্রি করি না।

৫. কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন নেই

CNC Design Store কোনো ব্যানার অ্যাড, ইন্টারস্টিশিয়াল অ্যাড বা থার্ড-পার্টি বিজ্ঞাপন প্রদর্শন করে না, এবং কোনো অ্যাড-নেটওয়ার্ক SDK ব্যবহার করে না।

৬. ডেটা সংরক্ষণ ও নিরাপত্তা

আপনার ডেটা Firebase-এর ক্লাউড ইনফ্রাস্ট্রাকচারে ইন্ডাস্ট্রি-স্ট্যান্ডার্ড নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থার মাধ্যমে সংরক্ষিত হয়। আমরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত সুরক্ষা ব্যবস্থা নিলেও, ইলেকট্রনিক স্টোরেজ বা ট্রান্সমিশনের কোনো পদ্ধতিই ১০০% নিরাপদ নয়, তাই আমরা সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপত্তার নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না।

৭. ডেটা সংরক্ষণকাল

আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সক্রিয় থাকা পর্যন্ত আমরা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও কনটেন্ট ডেটা সংরক্ষণ করি। নিচের যোগাযোগ তথ্য ব্যবহার করে যেকোনো সময় আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সংশ্লিষ্ট ডেটা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।

৮. শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা

CNC Design Store ১৩ বছরের নিচের শিশুদের জন্য তৈরি নয়। আমরা জেনেশুনে শিশুদের কাছ থেকে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না। কোনো শিশু আমাদের কাছে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য প্রদান করেছে মনে করলে, তা মুছে ফেলার জন্য আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

৯. আপনার অধিকার

• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য অ্যাক্সেস, আপডেট বা সংশোধন করা।
• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও আপলোড করা ডেটা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করা।
• অ্যাপ ব্যবহার বন্ধ করে ডেটা প্রসেসিং-এর সম্মতি প্রত্যাহার করা।

১০. পলিসিতে পরিবর্তন

আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই প্রাইভেসি পলিসি আপডেট করতে পারি। পরিবর্তনগুলো "সর্বশেষ আপডেট" তারিখসহ এই পেজে প্রকাশ করা হবে। পরিবর্তনের পরও অ্যাপ ব্যবহার চালিয়ে যাওয়া মানে আপনি সংশোধিত পলিসিতে সম্মত।
